A legutóbbi mérésünk szerint is gyenge lett a 4. negyedév minden részpiacon, így 2025 egészében 9 százalékkal esett vissza a megkezdett munkák összértéke a teljes piacon. A társasházi lakásépítés Aktivitás-Kezdése az év nagyobb részében erős volt, de év végére egészen alacsony szintre esett vissza. A nem-lakás magasépítés részpiacon minden negyedév gyenge volt és 2025-ben szinte minden szegmensben alacsonyabb volt a megkezdett projektek összértéke mint 2024-ben. A mélyépítésnek pedig csak egy jó negyedéve volt tavaly.

According to our latest computation, the 4th quarter was weak in each submarket, so the total value of started construction works fell by 9 percent in 2025 in the market as a whole. Activity-Start in multi-unit residential construction was strong for most of the year but fell to a very low level by the end of the year. In the non-residential construction submarket, every quarter was weak and every segment was weak last year. Civil engineering had only one good quarter last year.
