Ezzel szemben az ipar már két negyedéve nem hoz kiemelkedő számokat. A társasházi lakásépítésben még mindig nincs fordulat, de valahol a gödör alja körül lehetünk. A mélyépítés Aktivitás-Kezdése egyelőre extra alacsony a 3. negyedévben, a legnagyobb projekt az 1-es vasútvonalon megkezdett felújítás.

The office is the positive surprise of the quarter, we measured the second largest Activity-Start of all time in this segment (at current prices). In contrast, the industry has not produced outstanding numbers for two quarters. There is still no turning point in multi-unit residential construction, but we could be somewhere around the bottom. Activity-Start of civil engineering is currently extra low in the 3rd quarter, the biggest project being the renovation started on railway line 1.
The visualization (for 18 segments) is updated monthly and the EBI Construction Activity Report, summarizing what’s happening in the market, is published in each quarter.
